Our goal is to help you as the owner of a small business to succeed. Most business owners realize the importance of accurate, up-to-date accounting information in making good business decisions. However, they are naturally more concerned with running their business than they are with the "nuts and bolts" of accounting! We are here to help, with services that include payroll, deposit services, QuickBooks training, bookkeeping training and income tax preparation. Andrea J. Smith
Our firm president, Andrea J. Smith, is a Certified Bookkeeper with over a decade of experience in the accounting and taxation fields. She is also an Advanced QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor with experience working with QuickBooks from Version 5.0 onward, including Simple Start, Pro, Premier, Online, Enterprise Solutions, and Point of Sale editions.

In 2005, she founded Andrea J. Smith & Associates, Inc. She discovered a true satisfaction in helping people succeed, as well as a talent and passion for teaching clients how to use accounting resources to make their lives easier and less taxing. She enjoys spending time reading, traveling, and meeting new people.

Gabriela Maja
Gabriela brings 10 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience to our firm. Since joining us in 2006, she has added income tax preparation and notary public services to her knowledge base. She is delighted to be part of a team so dedicated to the success of every client. Gabriela enjoys spending time with her husband, pursuing outdoor interests, sports and photography. In addition to her native Romanian, Gabriela speaks fluent English and French.

Lesa Graber
As our office manager and bookkeeping assistant, Lesa will likely be your first contact with our firm. Lesa's experience in bookkeeping and payroll come from work in retail, public education and locally owned businesses. She also contributes the perspectives of employee, supervisor, community member, mom and wife. The ability to support clients with diverse needs and goals is the most appealing part of her job. A Colorado native and Parrothead, she loves to go boating, travel and spend time doing most anything with friends and family.

Kimberly Naslund
Kimberly is a part-time bookkeeper, assisting clients with basic accounting needs. Her experience as a small business owner allows her to have an understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face in managing their financial documentation. Her favorite aspects of accounting include filing payroll tax forms and sales tax reports, second only to the terrific people she works with. In her personal time she enjoys cooking, backpacking & skiing with her husband and two adorable daughters.
