Our goal is to help you as the owner of a small business to succeed. Most business owners realize the importance of accurate, up-to-date accounting information in making good business decisions. However, they are naturally more concerned with running their business than they are with the "nuts and bolts" of accounting! We are here to help, with services that include payroll, deposit services, QuickBooks training, bookkeeping training and income tax preparation. Andrea J. Smith
Andrea is a Certified Bookkeeper and QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor with over 15 years of experience in the accounting and taxation fields. Her experience includes business registration, payroll preparation, and individual and corporate income tax preparation. She also is a regular speaker at accounting workshops and is experienced with the unique needs of non-profit bookkeeping. In 2005 she formed Andrea J. Smith & Associates, Inc., dedicating the firm to helping individuals and organizations understand accounting concepts. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her husband and their Italian Greyhound.

Gabriela Maja
Gabriela has over 10 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience and is adept at income tax preparation and notary public services. She is delighted to be part of a team so dedicated to the success of every client. Gabriela enjoys spending time with her husband, pursuing outdoor interests, sports and photography. In addition to her native Romanian, Gabriela speaks fluent English and French.

Kimberly Naslund
Kimberly is a part-time bookkeeper, assisting clients with basic accounting and tax compliance needs. Her experience as a small business owner allows her to have an understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face in managing their financial documentation. She enjoys payroll and assisting our non-profit clients, second only to the terrific people she works with. In her personal time she enjoys cooking, backpacking and skiing with her husband and two adorable daughters.

Dara Wilson
As our office manager and bookkeeping assistant, Dara will likely be your first contact with our firm. Dara comes from sunny San Diego with a Bachelors degree in Biology and experience in administration, accounts payable, payroll and human resources. The most appealing part of her job is the organizational aspects of bookkeeping and the excellent people she works with. She finds herself truly at home in Fort Collins and enjoys gardening, reading and spending time with her husband and son.
